Lead Technical Project Manager

As a Lead Technical Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of SaaS implementations for clients across the automotive and heavy-duty industries. You will oversee project managers while also taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through launch and post-implementation support. The role combines technical project leadership, business analysis, process improvement, and customer relationship management. You will bring together development, QA, business, and client stakeholders to maintain alignment around scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes. You will help strengthen project governance and continuously improve implementation and onboarding practices through Agile methodologies.
