This role connects client requirements with frontline execution by strengthening employee competencies, process proficiency, and change adoption. You will assess learning needs, identify performance gaps, and align training initiatives with key operational objectives. The position works closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, operations, quality teams, and client stakeholders to ensure effective learning experiences. You will use performance data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strengthen training outcomes. Success in this role requires strong communication, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
