Legal Operations and Compliance Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Operations and Compliance Associate based in United States.

This is a newly established legal operations role supporting a portfolio of consumer-focused brands within a lean and collaborative Legal team.
You will manage contract workflows, support intellectual property and compliance activities, coordinate with outside counsel, and help keep legal operations running efficiently.
The role offers broad exposure across contracts, trademarks, copyright, privacy, regulatory matters, and cross-functional legal support.
You will also help build foundational legal infrastructure, including evaluating and implementing a contract lifecycle management platform.
As a hands-on contributor, you will have significant ownership over workflows, documentation, intake processes, and operational improvements.
The position is well suited to an organized legal professional who combines strong attention to detail with sound judgment, initiative, and a process-improvement mindset.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a four-day work week and collaboration across multiple business functions.
