Licensing Senior Associate

This role is central to ensuring healthcare providers can obtain and maintain the licenses needed to deliver care across the country.
You will own and support end-to-end licensing operations for a growing network of dietitians, physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
The position combines operational execution with process improvement, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will help build scalable licensing workflows as the organization expands into new states and provider types.
Your work will directly support providers while helping patients access high-quality, insurance-covered care without unnecessary delays.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment where ambiguity and continuous change are part of the work.
