Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions

As a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, you will support complex employee lifecycle matters across multiple international jurisdictions, with a strong focus on compliant and thoughtful employee exits. You will advise clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, redundancies, and workplace concerns while balancing legal requirements with a high-quality customer experience. The role combines employee relations expertise, conflict management, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with legal, payroll, benefits, customer success, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure cases are handled accurately and efficiently. You will also help improve processes, introduce automation opportunities, and strengthen the overall employee and customer experience.
