The Manager, Client Strategy & Operations will help build the post-sale operating model that enables exceptional client delivery, measurable ROI, and sustainable account growth. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with broad cross-functional influence across Client Success, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Growth Strategy. You will architect processes and models that support a growing client base while improving consistency, visibility, and operational efficiency. The role combines strategic problem solving with detailed execution, including forecasting, reporting, lifecycle design, and client insights. You will also identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand account value.
