This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager | SaaS B2B based in Brazil.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a growth-minded marketing professional responsible for driving demand generation and directly contributing to business growth. You will lead the evolution of an established marketing structure, bringing greater maturity, scalability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to the function. The role spans both paid and organic acquisition, treating channels such as paid media, SEO, content, social media, and partnerships as parts of one integrated growth engine. You will connect marketing with Sales and Customer Success across the full funnel, from acquisition and activation through retention. Success will be measured through efficient, sustainable growth and strong command of metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, and conversion. The role offers significant strategic influence, operational ownership, and direct exposure to executive leadership.
