Network Performance & Automation Engineer

As a Network Performance & Automation Engineer, you will drive the monitoring, analysis, automation, and continuous improvement of complex enterprise network environments. You’ll work across WAN, SD-WAN, campus, data center, cloud, and security infrastructure to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. The role combines deep network troubleshooting with automation, telemetry, and observability to identify issues before they impact services. You’ll develop intelligent workflows and reusable tools that streamline health checks, incident triage, reporting, and remediation. You’ll also collaborate with network, security, cloud, application, and service desk teams to resolve end-to-end performance challenges.
