The Observational Research Manager will contribute to the generation of real-world evidence supporting clinical development, commercialization, safety, and strategic decision-making across the product lifecycle. This role focuses on observational research within the cardiovascular therapeutic area and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external scientific experts. You will manage studies using diverse real-world data sources, including medical claims, electronic health records, and prospective observational cohorts. Your work will help characterize disease burden, treatment patterns, healthcare utilization, and the safety and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. The role combines scientific study design, epidemiology, applied biostatistics, project management, and scientific communication. You will also contribute to research publications, scientific congress abstracts, internal reports, and initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of observational research methods.
