Onboarding Operations Specialist

As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for employees joining international organizations. You will manage onboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring employment documentation and employee data are accurate, secure, and completed on time. Working across a globally distributed and asynchronous environment, you will collaborate with teams spanning mobility, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle operations. Your attention to detail and operational judgment will directly contribute to a seamless experience for clients and their new employees worldwide. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and scale onboarding through automation.
