The Operations Data Analyst will provide data, fiscal, and operational analysis that supports effective delivery of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role transforms complex and raw data into clear reports, insights, and recommendations that can inform policy and program improvements. You will work across operational, financial, contractual, and program data while developing a strong understanding of the systems and funding structures that support service delivery. The position involves close collaboration with technology, reporting, accounting, budget, policy, licensing, and program teams. You will also help maintain audit-compliant databases and coordinate the migration of data into a centralized data warehouse. Your analysis will contribute to identifying systemic drivers, fiscal trends, and community barriers while supporting legislative reporting and informed decision-making.
