This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a P&C Licensed Insurance CSR based in United States.

This fully remote role combines customer service, insurance expertise, and consultative sales in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will help customers identify membership and insurance solutions that align with their needs while delivering a consistently positive experience.
The position involves quoting, policy servicing, payments, endorsements, and resolving questions across a range of insurance-related interactions.
You will also identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable rules.
Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential as you navigate multiple systems and customer needs simultaneously.
After comprehensive paid training, you will transition into a structured production schedule with evening hours and rotating Saturday coverage.
