As a Patient Scheduling & Care Coordination Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for patients navigating a virtual healthcare program. You’ll manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling, coordinate telehealth logistics, and ensure patients have clear information at every step. The role combines patient-facing communication with detailed administrative coordination, making accuracy and empathy equally important. You’ll work closely with clinical and customer success teams to keep patient and provider workflows organized and efficient.
