This senior role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical technology platforms supporting financial services. You will operate across cloud, middleware, APIs, containers, and application platforms within a global 24x7 environment. The position combines proactive monitoring, incident management, technical troubleshooting, platform administration, and continuous improvement. You will work with AWS and Azure environments alongside cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift. The role also involves collaboration with global and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues and strengthen operational resilience.
