PMO – Finance & Project Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PMO – Finance & Project Operations based in India.

This role supports the coordination and operational governance of complex projects and programs across multiple business functions.
You will act as a central point of coordination between PMO, Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Billing, and Project Management teams.
The position combines project tracking, financial oversight, reporting, stakeholder management, and governance activities.
You will provide visibility into milestones, budgets, forecasts, billing, risks, dependencies, and overall project performance.
Your work will help leadership make informed decisions and ensure key activities and deliverables remain on track.
The role is well suited to an experienced PMO professional who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
Based remotely in Bangalore, you will contribute to process improvements and effective project operations throughout a 12+ month contract.
