Portfolio Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Portfolio Lead based in the United States.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for the overall success of a strategic portfolio generating approximately $40–50M in annual revenue. You will own the portfolio as a business, balancing growth, profitability, client success, delivery excellence, and talent development. You’ll lead a team of Product Delivery Directors and Managers while partnering with sales, technology, architecture, finance, and operations leaders. The role combines commercial leadership with deep technology expertise and a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation. You’ll help clients evolve toward AI-native product engineering while improving delivery velocity, quality, and predictability.
