Private Equity Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Private Equity Associate based in United States.

This is a consultative private-markets sales role focused on building trusted relationships with accredited investors across the United States. You will help investors understand and evaluate opportunities across private companies, secondary transactions, and pre-IPO investments. The role combines outbound business development, investor relationship management, financial education, and deal execution. You will manage your own book of business while leveraging an established network of engaged accredited investors. Success requires the ability to understand investor objectives, communicate complex opportunities clearly, and build lasting relationships.
