Product Designer Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer Pleno based in Brazil.

This is a remote Product Design role focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences in the automotive technology sector.
You will participate in product discovery from the earliest stages, using research, data, and hypotheses to shape solutions around real user needs.
The role combines UX, UI, research, prototyping, design systems, and information architecture with emerging AI-assisted design workflows.
You will increasingly work with functional prototypes built directly in code, collaborating closely with developers to reduce handoff friction and rework.
You will also help evolve a shared design system and maintain living documentation that guides both people and AI tools toward consistent interfaces.
