Project Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coordinator based in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to support the successful delivery of new product development and brand initiatives within a fast-moving consumer wellness environment.
You will coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, meetings, samples, and project communications across multiple workstreams.
The position provides broad exposure to product development, brand, creative, operations, marketing, and external vendor coordination.
You will help keep projects organized and moving forward by maintaining accurate trackers, following up on open items, and identifying potential delays early.
Working closely with internal teams and outside partners, you will ensure information and materials are available when needed for each stage of a project.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
