Project Manager, Consumer Products – Maternal Care

The Project Manager will lead complex new product development programs within the consumer maternal care space, guiding initiatives from early concept through retail and direct-to-consumer launch. This role brings together industrial design, engineering, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience teams to deliver products that address real-world needs. You will translate business and technical requirements into clear plans, priorities, budgets, and timelines. The position plays a central role in identifying risks, removing obstacles, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned throughout development. You will also incorporate customer insights into product decisions and help ensure launch readiness across packaging, retail, and DTC channels. Strong supplier and contract manufacturer coordination will be essential to achieving high-quality, on-time delivery.
