Quality Assurance Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst based in Canada.

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle. You will combine manual testing, test automation, and AI-assisted quality practices to improve coverage, accelerate defect detection, and reduce release risk. Working closely with Product Management, Development, and Customer Support, you will help translate requirements into effective testing strategies and reliable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to apply emerging AI technologies while using strong analytical judgment to validate their results. You will contribute to both day-to-day testing and the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
