R&D Tools Senior Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a R&D Tools Senior Developer based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the tools and technology that enable modern research and development teams to work effectively. You will take ownership of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other critical R&D platforms across a dynamic technology environment. The position combines hands-on administration, solution design, technical support, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with IT, Product, R&D, and Training teams to ensure tools are configured around evolving business and technical needs. Your expertise will help establish scalable best practices, improve adoption, and optimize workflows across multiple teams. You will also contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, integrations, and platform capabilities.
