This is an entrepreneurial recruitment opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to help build and grow a boutique contingency recruitment business.
You will combine client development, candidate sourcing, relationship building, and modern recruitment technology to generate placements and revenue.
The role offers significant autonomy, with the freedom to build your own client relationships while leveraging an established business, candidate database, and recruitment infrastructure.
You will work primarily with startup founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers who need strong technical talent.
A strong commercial mindset is essential, as you will help identify which clients, candidates, and opportunities offer the greatest potential.
You will use AI, automation, sourcing platforms, ATS and CRM tools to make recruitment more efficient and scalable.
This is a fully remote partnership designed for someone comfortable with variable income, shared ownership, and building something rather than following a traditional career path.
