Recruitment Consultant/Customer Success Manager

This role combines recruitment expertise with customer relationship management in a fully remote environment. You’ll identify and assess high-quality candidates while helping clients achieve their hiring objectives. Your responsibilities will span sourcing, interviewing, screening, vetting, account management, and customer engagement. You’ll also contribute to business growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and demonstrating relevant services to prospective clients.
