Regional Business Development Director

This role is focused on building and expanding a regional market through strategic relationships, consultative sales, and referral partnerships.
You will serve as a trusted local business development leader, connecting business owners and professional advisors with financial and operational expertise.
The position offers significant autonomy to develop a regional book of business while benefiting from the support of a collaborative national organization.
You will build long-term relationships with business owners, CPAs, lenders, attorneys, consultants, fractional CFOs, and other trusted partners.
Rather than managing day-to-day client delivery, you will remain focused on market growth, relationship stewardship, referrals, and portfolio expansion.
