Regional Vice President, Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vice President, Sales based in Australia.

As Regional Vice President, Sales for APAC, you’ll lead the expansion and growth of an enterprise sales organization across a strategically important market. You’ll own regional revenue performance, build predictable pipeline, and establish a repeatable sales motion that can scale. You’ll manage and develop quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives while remaining closely involved in strategic deals and customer conversations. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with a strong focus on forecasting, operational discipline, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, and other GTM leaders to accelerate growth and strengthen the customer journey. This is an opportunity to shape a high-growth sales organization at the intersection of enterprise software, developer tools, and AI.
