Senior Associate, Corporate Development & Strategy

This role is central to delivering seamless integrations for newly acquired firms joining a growing wealth management organization.
You’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, operations, processes, and client data.
Working as the primary point of contact for acquired-firm stakeholders, you’ll build trusted relationships and guide teams through change.
You’ll oversee technology migrations and operational transitions across billing, trading, reconciliation, and client reporting.
The position combines strategic project management with hands-on execution, problem-solving, training, and change management.
You’ll use KPIs and structured project plans to monitor adoption, identify risks, and continuously improve integration outcomes.
