As a Senior Backend Engineer on the AI team, you will help build intelligent products that redefine how customers experience financial services. You will combine strong software engineering expertise with AI and machine learning capabilities to develop scalable, customer-facing solutions. A key focus will be helping bring an AI-powered virtual support agent from MVP through production while improving the underlying data, retrieval, and model infrastructure. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and other cross-functional teams to turn complex AI capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes. Your work will directly influence product innovation, operational efficiency, and the quality of personalized customer experiences.
