As Senior Counsel, Employment and Product, you will serve as a versatile legal advisor supporting both employment matters and product-commercial initiatives. You will partner closely with People, Product, Marketing, Business Development, Privacy, Data, Finance, and senior leadership teams. The role combines employment law expertise with practical guidance on contracts, consumer protection, privacy, compliance, and business operations. You will advise on employee relations, investigations, policies, employment agreements, and employment-related aspects of strategic transactions. On the product side, you will help teams move quickly while identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
