Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their customer journey. You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical decision-makers while helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic account management, customer adoption, value realization, retention, and growth opportunities. You will lead success planning, executive business reviews, and outcome-focused engagements tailored to each customer's priorities. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Renewals, and Partner teams, you will orchestrate complex initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
