Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Creative Studio

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the next chapter of a beloved, mission-driven consumer brand. You will own brand positioning, architecture, visual identity, and creative direction while building the systems that enable teams to move quickly and consistently. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a creative studio, major campaign development, video production, and partnership marketing. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on creative production and operational transformation. You will help expand brand awareness through compelling, culturally relevant campaigns and demand-generation initiatives. A major focus will be creating AI-enabled, self-service brand systems that increase creative capacity without compromising quality or authenticity. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product design, engineering, communications, content, and commercial teams in a remote-first, AI-forward environment.
