Senior Director, Global Pricing Execution

This senior leadership role will build and lead global pricing capabilities supporting an emerging oncology portfolio and future product launches. You will establish pricing and contracting frameworks that translate strategic objectives into disciplined, compliant, and launch-ready execution. Working across Global Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and regional teams, you will shape pricing decisions across diverse international markets. The role combines strategic leadership, financial modeling, market access expertise, and operational execution. You will develop pricing architecture, governance, business cases, and measurement systems that support sustainable access and commercial performance. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will communicate complex pricing tradeoffs clearly and influence high-impact decisions. You will also build a high-performing team and strengthen pricing capabilities across the broader organization.
