The Senior Financial Analyst, Cost Accounting will play a key role in building and scaling cost accounting capabilities within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position combines cost accounting, FP&A, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and operational decision support. You will help establish scalable allocation methodologies, strengthen financial controls, and connect operational drivers such as membership growth, staffing, and vendor spend to financial outcomes. The role will also provide leadership with clear insights into market and product profitability, investment decisions, and opportunities to improve margins. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, introduce scalable technology, and move reporting beyond spreadsheet-dependent workflows. Success requires strong analytical judgment, technical financial expertise, and the ability to explain complex financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
