Senior Foundations Officer

The Senior Foundations Officer will manage a portfolio of foundation funders and prospects while advancing opportunities from cultivation through solicitation, reporting, and renewal. This role plays an important part in translating complex health justice, policy, advocacy, research, and systems-change work into compelling funding opportunities. You will build trusted relationships with foundation partners and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned funders. Working across program, finance, communications, and executive teams, you will coordinate proposals, budgets, reporting, and strategic funding initiatives. The role combines relationship management, persuasive writing, project coordination, and strategic thinking within a mission-driven environment. You will independently manage assigned relationships and deliverables while contributing to portfolio strategy, revenue planning, and high-value opportunities. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel based on organizational needs and offers the opportunity to contribute to efforts advancing health justice and more equitable healthcare systems.
