Senior HR Business Partner - Pacific Coast

This role serves as a strategic HR advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees across a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
You will support an employee population of approximately 804 across nine Pacific Coast states, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on HR partnership.
The position plays a key role in organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and large-scale change initiatives.
You will use workforce data, business insights, and market trends to shape talent decisions and anticipate future organizational needs.
The role also provides ownership and guidance across core HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, engagement, and talent reviews.
As a coach and thought leader, you will help leaders navigate complex people matters while strengthening culture, communication, and employee engagement.
With approximately 10–15% regional travel, this is an opportunity to make a broad organizational impact while partnering closely with leaders across multiple locations.
