Senior Human Resources Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Canada.

This is a hands-on Human Resources leadership opportunity within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment where strong execution and operational excellence are essential.
You will serve as the primary HR operator, owning core people processes across onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
The role combines day-to-day execution with meaningful partnership with managers and senior leadership across a distributed U.S. and Canadian workforce.
You will help managers navigate performance challenges, conduct effective accountability conversations, and build practical people-management capabilities.
You will also maintain HR systems, strengthen policies and processes, support compensation and benefits programs, and ensure employment and security compliance requirements are met.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys solving problems directly, working independently, and building processes that are accurate, efficient, and practical.
