Senior / Lead Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior / Lead Data Analyst based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape data-driven strategy for subscription products within a collaborative Decision Science environment. You will analyze customer behavior across the full subscription lifecycle, from acquisition and engagement to retention and churn. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Finance, and Data teams, you will turn complex datasets into insights that influence product and business decisions. You will play a key role in defining KPIs, improving measurement frameworks, and identifying opportunities for growth and customer retention. The position combines advanced SQL, experimentation, statistical analysis, data visualization, and customer analytics. You will also help strengthen tracking, data quality, and analytics best practices across subscription products.
