Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

This is a strategic digital leadership role focused on strengthening web experiences, digital marketing performance, and audience journeys across a large national organization. You will shape web strategy, personalization, SEO, UX, digital media, and conversion initiatives while connecting them to broader marketing and fundraising objectives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of complex digital programs and cross-functional projects. You will use data, experimentation, and performance insights to identify opportunities and improve traffic, engagement, and conversion. The position also involves guiding teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders toward aligned priorities and effective delivery.
