Senior Manager, Fraud Operations

The Senior Manager, Fraud Operations will lead the development and execution of fraud operations across card products, application processes, and a travel marketplace.
This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building a high-performing fraud operations function as the business scales.
You will lead fraud analysts, establish investigation standards, and create the playbooks, processes, and classification frameworks needed for consistent decision-making.
The role combines hands-on fraud expertise with strategic partnership across Product, Engineering, Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Member Support.
You will turn fraud patterns and operational intelligence into clear recommendations that influence risk policy, financial outcomes, and fraud prevention strategies.
With significant ownership and autonomy, you will help design detection controls, improve investigative capabilities, and strengthen the organization’s overall risk infrastructure.
