Senior Manager, Legal Operations

This is a strategic legal operations leadership role focused on building scalable processes, strengthening organizational efficiency, and supporting a rapidly growing technology environment. You will lead legal operations teams while partnering closely with executive leadership, Finance, HR, and other business functions. The role spans corporate governance, entity management, securities compliance, strategic transactions, contracts, legal technology, and departmental workflows. You will help establish the operational roadmap for the legal function and introduce systems that improve visibility, consistency, and execution. Success will require strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to translate complex legal needs into practical operational solutions.
