As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will lead the systems, data, and automation that power how families and referring providers discover and engage with healthcare services. You will own the strategy and operational foundation of the customer relationship management (CRM) ecosystem, ensuring commercial teams have reliable data and effective tools to act quickly. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Clinical Operations. You will strengthen CRM architecture, improve lead management and attribution, and use artificial intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns. You will also manage and develop a CRM Administrator while remaining hands-on with critical systems and workflows.
