This role acts as an internal consultant and trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. The position combines hands-on case management with leadership coaching and strategic workforce support. Working across a high-growth, fully remote environment, the role helps leaders navigate complex people matters while strengthening engagement, productivity, and retention. The Senior People Success Partner also partners closely with the broader People team to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-focused solutions.
