Senior Project Manager - Pharmacy Software Implementation

The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of complex, strategic software implementations for enterprise and high-value customers.
This role serves as the central project leader, coordinating cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.
You will develop implementation strategies, establish governance structures, and ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, resources, and business objectives.
The position requires strong executive communication and the ability to navigate risks, dependencies, escalations, and organizational change.
You will partner with customer leadership to understand operational workflows, technical requirements, and readiness while coordinating integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing.
Managing multiple concurrent implementations, you will drive accountability, maintain project visibility, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
