As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering an efficient and engaging recruiting experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on coordinating hiring activity for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The role combines high-volume interview coordination, candidate communication, recruiting operations, and process improvement. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, executives, candidates, and the broader People team. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will help optimize systems, document processes, and contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives. You will also serve as a trusted resource for complex scheduling needs and help mentor junior coordinators.
