Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Launch)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Launch) based in United States.

This role focuses on creating a seamless product journey that helps local business owners move from initial discovery to successfully launching and adopting a digital platform. You will own customer-facing experiences across onboarding, activation, progress communication, upgrades, and AI-assisted setup. The work combines full-stack engineering with a strong focus on product experience, trust, and measurable customer outcomes. You will build automation and intelligent tooling that reduces manual effort while increasing the number of customers who can launch successfully. You will also help customers clearly understand the value they are receiving and identify relevant opportunities to adopt additional capabilities. Working closely with Product, Design, AI, and other engineering teams, you will have significant ownership in a remote-first, product-focused environment.
