Senior Solutions Architect, Private Equity & M&A

This is a strategic, client-facing leadership opportunity at the intersection of technology strategy, private equity, M&A, cybersecurity, and business transformation.
You will work directly with investors, operating partners, portfolio company executives, and technology leaders to identify opportunities for technology-driven value creation.
The role combines executive advisory, solutions architecture, technology due diligence, and business development across complex investment and transformation initiatives.
You will help organizations assess technology risk, navigate acquisitions and integrations, modernize their environments, and improve operational performance.
Your recommendations will connect technology investments to measurable outcomes such as growth, scalability, efficiency, risk reduction, and enterprise value.
You will also contribute to strategic pursuits, thought leadership, and the continued development of a growing Private Equity and M&A practice.
