The role combines inbound and outbound patient engagement with comprehensive medication reviews and individualized care planning.
You’ll collaborate within a specialty clinical team while working independently to deliver accurate, compassionate, and evidence-based guidance.
Your work will include reviewing prescriptions, evaluating drug interactions, and assessing dosage, directions, and treatment appropriateness.
