Senior Strategy Manager (CXAI)

This is a senior strategic role at the intersection of customer experience, AI, product strategy, and enterprise transformation. You will help establish and shape a centralized Product Management Office, creating the structure needed to evaluate, activate, and scale new partnerships and internal products. From initial assessment through go-to-market and post-launch operations, you will drive complex initiatives across multiple business functions. The role requires strong executive presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance, operations, and business development leaders to accelerate product activation.
