Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity focused on identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent for specialized engineering roles. You will own the recruiting lifecycle for hard-to-fill positions across AI/ML, full-stack engineering, DevOps, .NET, and architecture. The role emphasizes proactive outbound sourcing rather than relying primarily on inbound applications. You will build targeted talent pipelines, assess technical profiles, and conduct structured screening conversations that help hiring leaders make informed decisions. Working closely with founders and engineering leadership, you will have significant ownership over recruiting strategy and execution. Success will be measured by the quality and relevance of your shortlists, your ability to reach difficult-to-find candidates, and your impact on hiring outcomes.
