Senior Workday Administrator (HCM, Compensation and Security)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Workday Administrator (HCM, Compensation and Security) based in India.

This is a senior, hands-on Workday role focused on owning and optimizing critical HCM, Compensation, and Security capabilities within a global organization. You will lead configuration, maintenance, system improvements, upgrades, and feature adoption across a live Workday environment. The role combines deep functional expertise with troubleshooting, reporting, security administration, process improvement, and stakeholder partnership. You will support core HR processes, organizational structures, compensation cycles, business processes, and compensation statements while ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will collaborate closely with People, Finance, IT, Payroll, and integration teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions. The position also provides opportunities to mentor junior administrators and guide users through new features and capabilities.
